Who we are

At the heart of Mindfulness Meditation Toronto are our program leaders: family physician, Miroslava Lhotsky, and clinical psychologist and psychoanalyst, Judy Turner. With this unique team of experienced doctors, participants know that they are in good hands when it comes to their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
